Relax!!

The Definition of Relax!!!

to make looser, or less firm or tense: to relax one's grip
to make less strict or severe; soften: to relax discipline
to abate; reduce; slacken: to relax one's efforts
to release from intense concentration, hard work, worry, etc.; give rest to: to relax the mind

With the crazy season upon us I thought this title is appropriate. Have you had a moment to just relax? I know for me I haven't had a moments peace over the past couple of weeks! Stressed out, feeling the urge to just burst into tears!! OK maybe that part is just me!! But we all get that way!

I know for my clients they get more stressed out as this season gets closer and closer! I find that I am saying to my clients "relax your hand" or "relax your leg" I am seriously contemplating putting a relax jar on the counter and every time I have to say RELAX to my clients they will owe me a quarter!! If I actually implement this I could be rich by the end of the year or at least pay for a vacation!! I think I will try it for a month and see what kind of response I get!!

I know for me I am having to tell myself to relax quite a bit lately!! There is plenty of things rattling around in my brain that I for sure need to relax about. I have decided to go and get a massage or take a yoga class! Some times its all you really need to be able to focus and be happy. Just let it go!!

Start planning what you want to achieve in the New Year. Not a New Years Resolution we all know that those fall by the wayside by like the 3rd week of January! Make a list of things you would like to Achieve like doing 10 yoga classes a month or saving to go to Disney land with your parents or saving to buy that new dress you've been eyeing for the last 3 months. I have started my Achievable list! Have You?
